What we’re expecting to see in the “not-that-far-away” debut trailer

The first part of the publicity campaign for Tomb Raider, in Karl’s words, will “tell you about Lara and how she got [into] this situation.” And since Lara’s survival-instincts reboot will be getting its debut trailer soon, we expect it will do just as the campaign’s stated purpose.

And thank goodness “we’re not that far away from it!”

So while we wait, we will try to muster the courage to have this thing up for a bet. The conditions: If any one frame in the trailer will show the words “Endurance, Plymouth” anywhere (probably on the ship) when it’s out, it’s us who win (—against whoever). If there’s no such image anywhere in the trailer, we’re posting a pic of the guy behind this fanwhorish website within a week after the trailer’s release (whatever purpose that may serve).

And that’s us investing all sorts of emotions into seeing the debut trailer for the first time. Although already we know there’s the likely event that gravity’s pull will be stronger right below the clothings worn on our lower body.
